Hello all:

Does anybody know any antibody that can be used along cell cultures to block Fc recptors in human cells? All the antibodies I have found are only for block these receptors for a FACs staining or for immunofluorescence, etc, however I want to use them in my cultures, and as those antibodies contain sodium azide I believe I can not use them.

Thank you for your replies,
BW

You might be able to accomplish this using human IgG or 10% human AB serum.
