My qyestion is I have an adherent cell line and I want to convert the same cell line to be used for suspension culture

Why do you want to convert? to culture more cells in suspension? then you can culture them on beads.

I want to convert so I can scale up. Scaling up is limited when it comes to roller bottles so i want to use reactors. Will beads help and how

I never did it myself, but I know that one can scale up the production of adherent cells by growing them on beads, beads being in suspension in the medium. your cells are still adherent cells, but you can increase the number of cells per liter of medium.
