hi all
i'm having some troubles understanding which one of those data i should use for the analysis...

i have both cy3-cy5 and cy3 only datasets (see attached files).
what i thought is to use gNetSignal and rNetSignal, get the ratio and use it as fold changes

in the 1-color use only gNetSignal.

suggestions?
