Hi,

Does anyone have ever cultured the MUTZ-3 cell line from the DSMZ ? I've been trying already with two frozen samples without any success so far. I know that this cell line has a reputation for being very difficult to grow. I use MEM alpha media from invitrogen, containing ribo. & deoxyribonucleoside. I supplement the media with 20% FBS, L-glutamine and Pen/strep and 10 ng/ml of GM-CSF

Any idea would be helpful
