Hi everyone.
Can i have some help with answering the following question? Would really appreciate it as my exam is next week.

During a mass mapping experiment, two proteins were identified that shared a common m/z profile for all ions, with the exemption of one pair.

Protein1 573.40, 679.44, 916.50, 1064.50, 1245.61, 1698.83, 2275.36
Protein2 573.40, 679.44, 916.50, 1064.50, 1245.61, 1714.89, 2275.36

What does this tell you about the two proteins and how might the two peptides of different m/z differ?
