wanna help on carrying MDA-MB-435

Now I am doing some research about breast cancer,MCF_7 is used in my experiment for its ER(+),and MDA-MB-435 is considered to culture for its ER(-),but i have do some searching through the internet,MDA-MB-435s is common used  rescently it is my question ,what's the difference between 435 and 435s?thanks

Hi cmx, MDA-MB-435 IS NOT a breast cancer cell line.. it is a melanoma cell line,, I was using it for my expirements and then discovered at the end that it wasn't actually breast cancer, but it seems that it has the same behavior or something.. please check this link..
