hi every 1,
i hv developed a few new EST -microsatellite markers. i am workin on a diploid plant.now the problem is i am gettin 3 bands while i think i shud get at maximum 2 number of bands in an individual.what is the case, i dont know how to score such kind of gels. Thr is occurrence of all the 3 band in the population so is it allele!!!! if so how come 3 alleles in case of codominant markers.if this is some other locus thn how to handle it
