Hi,

I wanted to run a quality check on RNA that I isolated from human tissue by running gel electrophoresis.  Is the most common method to do this by running the samples on a TBE-urea denaturing gel?  What percentage would you recommend?

Thanks!

a normal 1.5% agarose gel like for DNA is sufficient for a quality check.
