I'm PhD. student and i will so appreciate from any kindness person who help me to find researches about my thesis which dail with "cloning in PET20b(+) in E coli (DE3) (BL12) " i mean how can we make cloning for B. by use PET20b(+) i from Iraq and came to Canada to finish my research and have just 3 months so i don't have much time with best regards

you can try going to NCBI and type out the key words and you will get a lot of papers on what you want.
