Hi,
I am using PC12 cells in a boyden chamber to study cell migration with different chemotactics/chemotaxis.
I am having a hard time finding a chemical/growthfactor/ect to be used a positive control. Anyone have any ideas or experiance?
thanks,
Alex

Hi
The usually recommended positive control is VEGF, but PDGF works even better.
I actually am having hard time in finding a good negative control. I am using endothelial cells (HUVEC)
I would appreciate suggestions
Thanks
