I want to clean my DNa preparations to do PCr with them. I have heard RNase can inhibit somehow the Taq polymerase. Do you have an idea about it?

I am extracting plant DNA and the protocol adds in Rnase in the extraction buffer stage.use 1ugm of Rnase A per ul buffer with a 10 minute incubation @37 degrees after adding extraction buffer then continue preps.
