I’m starting doing retinal bipolar cells cultures, but I have no experience with this kind of primary cultures, I have worked just with regular cell lines.
I checked some paper, but protocols are not very clear and I have many doubts.

For example, how many bipolar cells could I have in a plate?? Because I have very few bipolar cells and many detritus.
How many retinas should I plate per 35 cm culture dishes??

I’ll really appreciate any opinion and advice.
