My RT-PCR worked a few months ago, but now it doesn't work. The more strange thing is there is a right-size band in no-RT although the RNA is treated with DNaseI. Does DNaseI inactivated? If so why there is no band in RT reaction?

it is genomic DNA contamination.
DNase cant get rid of all the genomic DNA.  that's i just knew from an expert.  hope it help.
