The Spitzer Space Telescope caught this awesome image of comets colliding in the Helix Nebula (the red is the comet dust). Itís likened to the red pupil at the center of a green monster's eye.

This is Belionota sumptuosa from Indonesia, a member of one of the most colourful and splendiferous beetle families the Buprestidae. I guess today also a popular merchandise at ebay etc and a pest anyway...
