hello,
I have a tube of forward and reverse primer at 100uM concentration, in volume of 50ul.
I need to get both primers to to 50nmol in 100ul final.
How do I do this?
diluting to final primer concentration

You would need 50 nl. It would be best to dilute your primer stock to say 1 uM with a 1:100 dilution and then use 5 ul of this in your 100 ul final reaction.
Science is simply common sense at its best that is rigidly accurate in observation and merciless to fallacy in logic.
