Hi
Does anyone work with anti-flag (M2) agarose beads?
I use these beads to pulldown and test interactions between some proteins (flag-protein)but I have a problem how can I adjust the suitable volume of beads.
I use in vitro translation to express the proteins (35S-Met) that I test.
I appreciate any help or comments
Thanks indeed
