known gene or area of a chromosome

hi
i want to ask if i know the name of the gene im looking for or the spanning area
( example chromosome 3 short arm area 14 ) and i want to seetct those regions using PCR by inventing my own primers as i didnt finfd any papers for these specific areas then what can i do ?

If you know the gene name, look it up on genbank and design your own primers.
