Hello,

we´re running out of wash buffer for spin columns. The manufacturer seems not to be able to provide some extra stuff.

Any ideas how to make the buffer myself? It is the buffer to which you always have to add ethanol before use. I guess it´s pretty much the same for any spin column kit. Thanks! Cycle

The Qiagen PE wash buffer is:

    * 10 mM Tris-HCl pH 7.5
    * 80% ethanol
