my project work is i have to fuse two VP gene of 615bps and 684bp of size,clone and express the protein.I would like to get information that (1) what are the methods or protocols i can adopt.which vector i have to use.now two genes are in pET32c vector.what are the precautions i haveto adopt and tips i have to follow.kindly help in this regard and suggest .Thanx in advance.
