Dear all,
Does anybody here has already used the pBMN-GFP retroviral vector as episomal vector for transient experiments?
This vector has a nuclear localization protein and they say it can be used as a regular vector where you transfect you cell by lipofec for example and you can superexpress your cDNA cloned at its MCS.

Thanks
