Has anyone done any flow Karyotyping, bivariate or univariate? I am wanting to look at a range of cell lines (human, mouse and hamster) and was wondering if you can perform bivariate analysis on a FACSCANTO II or if you can get enough detail from univariate analysis to distinguish between cell lines of the same species (e.g. CHO and CHL)
