I wish to probe the regions of the antibody that the epitope is in contact with.

This is the exact reverse of the 'epitope mapping'. I wish to know if someone has done this and whether they can provide any technical inputs.

any good crosslinking agent followed by limited proteolysis and mass spec of the antibody fragments to map these peptide regions??
