Hi!

I want to perform a kinase assay for an endogenous protein. For tagged proteins I always used immunoprecipitation with beads coupled to the tag but, how can I purify untagged protein from whole cell lysates? Has anyone experience with this?
Should I used affinity chromatography, HLPC...?
Thanks!

How about an IP with specific antibody?

Works pretty well!

That's the problem, there are no very good antibodies for this protein, so I will try that, but I would need to have in mind some other alternatives.
