Hi there,
Just wondering what kind of bond is set between the primary and the secondary antibody (in western blot or immunocitochemistry). And why that bond is not destroyed when washed with TBS plus tween.

Non-covalent interactions occur between antibody and antigen, thus, similarly between primary and secondary antibody, it would seem.
