Hi,
I had been trying to clone a gene of interest for some time but couldn't succeed and eventually asked a group, who had cloned the same gene from a differnt cancer cell line to share their conctruct with me. Although the template used to construct the clone of this gene is different from the cancer I'm studying, can I still use the construct for my study?
Thanks

Yes, if their sequences are the same.
