I am having trouble getting my RAW 264.7 cells to be confluent uniformly. They seem to be stacking/growing on top of each other instead of growing side-by-side. I have been seeding flasks with 2 x 10^5 cells. I am using DMEM with 10% FBS, 1% Pen/Strep and 1 % HEPES. Can anyone in this forum help me with this issue.

A quick google image search indicates to me that these cells grow in clusters normally.  There will be very little you can do about it.
