Hi,
My protein seems to ppt @ RT and is fine when I keep it at 4 degree or ice. Can anyone tell me what is going on? And I am planning to do functional assay on it and does this in and out of solution make any difference in the protein integrity and activity.

What format is your protein in? Buffer? Concentration? Detail, please.
