need help on isolation of intron of gene

Hi,
I want to isolate intron of LIN6 gene of tomato to make RNAi experiment and i have total gene sequence available in genebank. Can anyone help me? how to isolate intron of my gene with PCR.

get the exon (coding) sequence and align with the full genomic sequence. This will give you the intron/exon boundaries which you can design primers around.
