I have been trying to do IHC with lectin against the antigens on the tissue on a slide prepared from paraffin-block but constantly getting high background. Anyone has any experience with IHC with Lectin on formaldehyde-fixed/paraffin embedded tissues? Or is it better with cryo-sections?
