My research project is about this enzyme that might have something to do with disease progression. At current stage, my PI has instructed me to find out which are the cell lines with the gene highly expressed. He mentioned EST but i'm totally clueless on these bioinformatics stuff and my boss went on urgent leave. Can anyone help?? Suggestions of any kind are highly appreciate!! thank you.

There are many resources allowing you to check expression of a gene in cell lines and tissues such as the GEO (gene expression omnibus), CGAP http://cgap.nci.nih.gov/, PubMed.
