hi everybody
may i help me plz. im a beginner. i m culturing bovine oviduct epithelial cells. but they die after 3 dayes. im culturing them in 24 well plates in tcm199.

For starters read a good manual on cell culture; I recommend R.I. Freshney, Culture of Animal Cells, and get someone experienced in cell culture to look over your technique and experimental plans.
Some questions you might like to ponder in the mean time:
Contamination?
Right medium and supplements?
Primary cells or not?
Temperature correct?
CO₂% correct?
