i have amino acid sequence. i want to predic 3d structure of amino acid with program that all of u recommend. help me plz...

Try threading using genthreader to get structural homologues.

Go for fold recognition.

PSIPRED doesn't do the prediction - it simple finds folds.

You can use swiss protpdb viewer its easy to use
