Hey guys,

I want to carry out surface biotinylation experiment followed by western blotting. I am planning to use NHS-SS-biotin (pierce) and strep beads. Has anybody carried out this experiment? I am looking for a protocol by reading different papers but all have their own improvisations. Is there a standard protocol for this?

Thanks!

Since you are using Thermo/Fisher - Pierce their tech service department would be best bet for conjugation advice.
