Hi,

I'm new to this area. I'm interested in looking at new motif in teh pormoter of my gene of interest. I've read Naure biotechnology, 23(1), 2005 by Marin Tompa. This atile lists several online tools. However, teh sequence they generate doe snot tel what a motif represents, its just give steh sequence of teh various motifs.  Does anone know how  can refine my search?
