Hi all,
In real Time PCR, HIV RNA is positive. But in gel electrophoresis, no band is found. Why it is caused?

What's your Ct?  your elecrophoresis system might not be sensitive enough. You can try staining the gel after running for longer (with EtBr for ~15min then wash with water), or loading more sample.
