Hello everyone,

I was wondering weather it's possible to recover my IgA from the ELISA plate. I read you could recover IgG from ELISA by adding some NaOH (dont know how thou). What kind of antigen should i use? could i use NaOH to recover most of the proteins?
Please, anyone having a protocol or idea, everything is welcome. Thanks!!!
