Hi. everyone.

I'm finding a PCR machine with very accurate temperature control,

because my experiments are vulnerable to subtle changes of the temperatures.

Now I am using ABI9700 and Rotorgene 6000, but the results were not so satisfactory.

I think there would be needed a machine with constant and reproducible temperature control upto 0.1 C degrees.

Can you recommend me any PCR (or realtime PCR) machine with highest accuracy and reproducibility?

Thank you in advance

Companies offer kits or equipment for temperature verification such as this one from Biometra (other companies I guess similar ones).
