Hi,
Just wondering, for the gene that I'll be working on I have to add DMSO to the PCR mix in order to get amplification and I'll be doing qRT-PCR on this gene and I'm not sure if it will work in Syber Green taht doesn't have any DMSO. By adding DMSO to the Sybr Green master mix does that affect the overall reaction?

Diluting SYBR Green with DMSO is actually more stable than diluting with ddH2O. I don't think you will have a problem with DMSO
