Can anyone tell me if the VWR Real-Time PCR plates are suitable and work for the eppendorf Realplex? Any other suggestions will be welcome <_<

If the plate dimensions/layout are the same and the VWR plates are optically clear across the reading path, it should probably work, although Eppendorf won't take any resposibility for any problems you have, since they make a lot of their money on the consumables people have to buy for their machine. If the plates fit into the machine properly, I'd try doing a few runs in parallel to see if you get similar results. Frankly, unless the VWR plates are a lot cheaper, I'd try to avoid using plates not designed for the machine.

I've used VWR brand plates with strip caps in a Bio-Rad iCycler with good results.
