how to transfer protein from a NATIVE PAGE gel to membrane.
Is ther any protocol??????????/

Transfer as if using denaturing gels. Tris/glycine for PVDF membranes or Tris/glycine/20% methanol for nitrocellulose.
For a lot of antigenic epitopes, the immobilisation to a membrane is more denaturing than using a transfer buffer containing methanol.
