Hi,

Some of my ES colonies look differentiated. I want to quantify and maybe sort the undifferentiated cells.
I am looking for a surface marker that is known to be expressed specifically in undifferentiated mouse ES cells. Ideally, I want an antibody or other reagent I could use with a FACS sorter. I know there are several SSEA-1 antibodies, but I can't find alkaline phosphatase antibodies that recognize mouse. Have you used alk phos substrate kits with FACS, or does the fluorescent product fall off the cell?
