I'm doing transfection in nmumg cells and 24 hours post transfection I see white vacuoles inside the cells, which I think it's a sign of toxicity. I used this cells months ago with the same plasmid, lipofectamine, same protocol, without seeing any sign of this vacuoles ...
I don't understand why now i'm seeing this. i also tried to lower the dose ... same story
I had a contamination in my incubator 4 weeks ago, so I started from the begining with different bench of cells , different incubator, different hood, new media etc...
any help ?
