Does anyone know a good resource for finding what tissues express a protein strongly? I'm in the process of starting Westerns for CamK2 isoforms and I want to find good tissues to use as positive controls. I know alpha and beta are strong in brain, but I'm not too sure that delta and gamma are expressed that strongly. Any help would be appreciated.
