Hi all,

I am trying to GSP-prime my RT reaction and ordered the primer yesterday.  Now I have doubts about whether I ordered the right thing.

I put in the sequence 5' --> 3' and then ordered the antisense primer as designed in Primer3.

But since mRNA will already be the complement of the sense strand, should I have instead ordered the sense strand so it binds to its complement mRNA?

The more I think about it the more confused I get.  I so casually ordered my primer yesterday without really thinking it through and now I'm just getting more and more confused.
