Protocol for 16S rDNA real time PCR

Hi everyone...

I am very new in this field of molecular biology....I have been asked to detect bacteria in chicken ileum using the 16S rDNA real time PCR technique...Does anyone have a protocol for that? or any good paper?
plse help me...i'm near to tears!  :)

protocols are usuallly modified for your own samples and pcr reagents. good luck!!
