Could anyone explain for me the meaning of P3 population in FITC-labeled flow cytometry? My friend performed this experiment but when I asked her what is the meaning of P3, which was denoted on the right of the graph, she can't answer me. This experiment analyzed the penetration and killing activity of some peptides (FITC-labeled) and cells were treated with PI for dead cell exclusion. I also attached the graphs. I appreciate you all ^^, thank you in advance.
