HELLO,
what is the more efficace method ( no phenol clorophorm) to remove protein from lisate during DNA extraction (from meat)? I prove NACL 6M but do not work very wel....

Phenol chloroform is he best answer, nothing else really works. You could try ammonium chloride (10 M stock, add 100 ul/ml)
