Hi! all

I have just started doing experiment about agrobacterium-mediated transformation. It seems like there are many things I have to study.

Do you know where I can get information about the Agro strain information? like what the plasmid inside is, which antibiotics they can be resistant to..and etc

and Do you have some idea to make me know more about this transformation method, like recommened book or ..
