[Piano]

I have a gene that I would like to compare with my two Reference Genes to see if my gene has a copy number higher than those reference genes. I am using the REST software. I added the Cts for all 3 and their concentrations. It keeps asking me to add my "UNtreated" and "treated" samples to give me the results and this is not what I want  

Does anyone know how to compare my gene with the 2 reference genes using REST? or do I have to use another software?
