can someone tell me what is the best way to find aretrovirus titer when i dont have a lac z plasmid ?

How about making your viruses to express EGFP, and then titer by flow cytometry?

did you ever used areverse transcriptas assay kit ?

If you are set up try in situ PCR to titre your virus.
